05 BadmintonLikes Lions are Sheffield (UK)-based, with influences including Foals, Minus The Bear, Tellison, This Town Needs Guns, American Football, Russian Circles, Wot Gorilla and Tall Ships, though they've also been compared to bands like Giraffes? Giraffes!, Tera Melos and Mogwai. They've done plenty of gigs around Yorkshire and beyond and supported bands like The Chapman Family, Papayer and Meursault.

Actually i've been saw this EP a couple of times on bandcamp, but always forgot to play them. Until yesterday i got an email from the member of the band, and i decide to give it a listen. Well, the first words that comes in my mind when i listen to them was "indie", and i think it's the main roots of them, and they combine it with emo and mathrock influences, which is make their sounds perfect!! Also they add a violin in some of their songs and it sounds great and i really love it!! well, if you like the bands that i mention above, you should go check them out!!
