Lifestory:Monologue are a band that truly tells a tale through their music. Their songs are unique, each in their own way, but each gathering their power from the soaring guitars and thundering drums. The guitar players create soundscapes that often times sound like it's coming from a Explosions In The Sky song. The best part about this band however are the vocals. Their singer does this thing where he yells/talks not unlike La Dispute, but it sounds far rougher and at times more emotional.
