Let me be the first to say that Saves the Day will never be the same since that little Conley kid grew up and stopped having so much angst and sadness and shit.  The 1984 EP is the best of both worlds, if you are into that kind of thing.  I can honestly say that I enjoy their newest release a lot, but mostly because I am a huge fan of the song Hold.  The only way they could have perfected this EP is by adding an electric version of Jesse and my Whetstone and I could die happy.  Be aware that I am yet again very stoned and this might sound stupid.  I will figure it out tomorrow.
