Lastletters play a style of music that combines elements of modern screamo and melodic hardcore. Lastletters takes cues from bands such as Pianos Become The Teeth, All Teeth, Touche Amore, and the angrier styling of more melodic emo leaning bands such as Small Brown Bike. From Her To Here is the band's debut LP and these seven songs are a really solid first outing for this band. The band's musicianship, intensity, and urgency in which these songs are played keep Lastletters sounding fresh and keep them from sounding like a rehash of the bands mentioned above.
