An emotional hardcore band from northern california. Formed in early 2010 from former members of the bands BURN THE RUIN, BY HIS STRIPES, OH, APOLLO and THE CATASTROPHE KIDS, brother bear is an effort to create homegrown, honest, diy emotional hardcore. the debut ep finds the group drawing from elements of ambient post rock and hardcore to create a cohesive and tightly knit body of work. each member hopes that the album will act as a window into the hard work and personal triumphs that have brought them all together.
