Algernon Cadwallader is a band from the Philadelphia, PA region. Includes former members of Halfway to Holland.
I have no idea how long this record has been out, but a lot of people have taken it upon themselves to upload it all over the internet. Just finding the artwork was hard, although I had some help from the comment section.
