Animal Skins is a band from Boise, ID, they recently oput out their debut ep.
This is a very interesting EP from Animal skins and the name of it is “A”. Five tracks full of raw heaviness. They play post-hardcore metal, although it’s obvious that they have some influences from other genres too, like doom, sludge, experimental screamo and ambient. A complex of different style heavy guitars following the genres I mentioned above and great screamo vocals. I am impressed by the good work they did in production, it’s pretty well done and I enjoyed very much the parts when vocals and drums seems to fade away or sounding distant. I think we have something good here from Animal Skins, keep it up!
